Day-wise North East Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Guwahati
Arrival at Guwahati airport or railway station. Visit Kamakhya Temple followed by hotel check-in. Evening Brahmaputra riverfront leisure.
Day 2 – Guwahati to Kaziranga
Scenic drive to Kaziranga National Park. Check-in at wildlife resort and evening at leisure.
Day 3 – Kaziranga Safari & Transfer to Shillong
Early morning jeep safari in Kaziranga. Post breakfast drive to Shillong via scenic Assam–Meghalaya landscapes.
Day 4 – Shillong & Cherrapunji Excursion
Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and viewpoints. Return to Shillong by evening.
Day 5 – Shillong to Bhalukpong to Bomdila
Drive towards Arunachal Pradesh via Bhalukpong. Enter Arunachal with inner-line permit assistance. Proceed to Bomdila for overnight stay.
Day 6 – Bomdila to Dirang
Visit Bomdila Monastery and scenic viewpoints. Continue to Dirang Valley, known for hot springs and apple orchards.
Day 7 – Dirang to Guwahati
Long but scenic return drive to Guwahati via Assam plains. Evening leisure and rest.
Day 8 – Departure from Guwahati
Transfer to Guwahati airport or railway station. Tour concludes with diverse North East experiences.
