At Delight Trips, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds are processed. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

All bookings made through Delight Trips are subject to the cancellation and refund terms specified at the time of booking, along with the policies of third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local tour partners.


2. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official support channel. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the request is received by Delight Trips.

Certain tours, promotional offers, peak-season bookings, or special packages may be non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.


3. Cancellation by Delight Trips

In the event that Delight Trips cancels a tour due to operational reasons, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

Delight Trips shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, or adverse weather.

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or travel credits, subject to supplier policies.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
